A real guide to the benefits of mineral water
Because mineral water is thought to have so many health benefits, I have spent a lot of time researching scientific studies. I’ve also spent some time evaluating exciting new systems for purifying mineral water. Here’s what I learned. Throughout history, people have always believed that mineral water plant price in Pakistan is beneficial to the health of the human body in many different ways.
Resorts, tourist villages and entire towns have been built around hot springs and mineral-rich wells.
The history of mineral water purification systems is not that long. The original idea arose from the need to re-mineralize water after desalination in large wastewater treatment plants. Consumption of demineralized or distilled water is harmful to the digestive system and can lead to nutritional deficiencies.
Many different studies have confirmed this
Other researchers have shown that a balanced micronutrient content has an antioxidant effect on the human body. So, when it comes to what to drink, mineral water has real benefits, but you have to buy an expensive system. The term “restorative mineral water purification systems” can refer to many different devices on the market today.
Some are worth the investment, but others are likely to prove useless
First, there are the types that use reverse osmosis or other methods to remove naturally occurring trace elements. Second, they try to “rejuvenate” it with “rare stone” or other methods.
Well, natural origin is good. Sometimes the content can be too high and “hard water” can cause problems.
In general, however, all the health benefits of mineral water can be obtained by consuming it from a system that uses an ion exchange phase to “balance” the content, rather than complete removal, “rejuvenation” or simple balancing. This makes the water softer but also useful for human consumption. It also tastes better than what you get with some other devices.
Supposedly, expensive water purification systems with rejuvenated minerals “infuse” the water with antibacterial and antifungal properties.
These claims are not supported by any scientific evidence. It is true that bathing in hot springs can relieve pain, especially that usually associated with arthritis. It is also true that in the past people with various health problems were sent to the springs for ‘treatment’. However, the scientific community believes that the benefits of mineral water over the years are probably due to poor diet, the calming effect of relaxing in a hot bath, the general lack of cleanliness in past societies and perhaps increased fluid intake.
Not specifically for the benefits of mineral water plants, but for the indirect benefits of visiting spas.
Is it possible that refreshing mineral water purification systems could allow you to create a spa in your own bathroom?
It’s hard to say
It’s safe to say that you don’t need a system with expensive Japanese stones or wasteful reverse osmosis.
All you need is a chlorine-free, micronutrient-free, pH-balanced shower.
You can enjoy the benefits of mineral water without having to constantly drink from a bottle or install an expensive system.
The best products are affordable and actually save you money when you buy bottles.
